Widgets and their alerts

1. Pop-up

The Pop-up widget is a versatile widget that can appear anywhere on your store. How you use it is also versatile, like the Button to drawer and Post-purchase widget you can let customers opt-in to various store alerts such as: new product alert, new collection alert, new brand alert, product sale alert and more.

How to test?

2. Button to drawer

The Button to drawer widget is a versatile widget that can appear anywhere on your store. How you use it is also versatile, like the Pop-up and Post-purchase widget you can let customers opt-in to various store alerts such as: new product alert, new collection alert, new brand alert, product sale alert and more.

3. Back in stock notifications

The back in stock button appears on products (or variants) that have no stock anymore. When your customer lands on that product they can opt-in to receive a notification when that specific product (or variant) is available again.

How to test?

Click the view button below and the product that is out of stock should show. Next to the 'Sold out' button is a small black button, that button can be used to opt-in to receive an alert when the product is available again.

4. Post-purchase widget

On the thank you page it’s possible to insert our post-purchase widget. This widget is very flexible and can say anything you like. Furthermore, it can opt-in customers to the various store alerts such as: new product alert, new collection alert, new brand alert, product sale alert and more.

How to test?

Click the view button below and the 'Thank you page' should appear (as if an order has just been made). On this page, a new section should load that says 'Thank you for your order'. That is the post-purchase widget.

Instagram

1. Comment-to-Instagram

Automatically reply with Instagram DM to native posts on your Instagram page.

How to test?

Click on any of the buttons below, read the description of the post, type the comment and receive an instant DM from the demo store Instagram account.

2. Keyword reply

Get your customers or audience to send keywords in Instagram that trigger your campaign straight in their Instagram DM’s. Pair your keyword up with a campaign via a story and it works nicely together.

How to test?

Click on the view button below, click 'Message' on the profile and send a DM with the keyword 'Win' or 'New Collection'. You'll receive an instant reply back.

3. Story mention

Run user generated content campaigns with Instagram stories. Whenever a customer or fan of your brand mentions your Instagram business, you can respond automatically.

How to test?

Create a story on your own Instagram account, mention @convosbyshoppop in the story and receive an automatic reply. Make sure your own account is set to private or following @convosbyshoppop.

Other

1. Chat Widget

Use the Chat Widget to direct customers to your support channels. There's also room for up to 3 different promotions.

How to test?

The Chat Widget appears on the Women's Clothing page of this store.

FAQ

To simulate a successful transaction, use the following information when you are asked for credit card details at checkout:

  • Card number: 1
  • Name on card: John Doe (enter at least two words)
  • Expiry date: 01/99 (enter any date in the future)
  • Security code: 111 (enter any three digits)

Some widgets are smart, and they don't appear again when you've already opted-in in the past. To reset all widgets, Right click > Inspect Element on the site (in Google Chrome) and go to Application > Storage > Clear site data. This will in some cases also sign you out of Facebook. So beware that you'll have to sign in to Facebook (and ShopPop) again.
